• Back in a fully tech oriented role, developing backend services for a fast growing retail/checkout platform.

• Played an influential part in the company growing from a large startup of 80 people into several hundreds. 

• Moved from infrastructure engineering into designing and introducing cross-functional team structures and processes. 

• Later coached the Distribution Unit's mobile development teams (growing from a handful to over 30 members in two years).
